As we've seen countless times with the likes of The indian hd sex videoShawshank Redemption, IT, and The Shining, Stephen King's novels often make very successful movies.
And in the past couple of years, the number of adaptations only seems to be increasing.
So far in 2019 we've already had Pet Sematary, and IT Chapter Twois hitting the big screen in early September.
And now there's word of another one in the works. Earlier in the week, The Hollywood Reporterbroke the news that Chris Romero and ITproducer Roy Lee would be working on an adaptation of The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon.
Last night, the horror master himself confirmed the news.

The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordonis one of a shrinking number of King stories that have yet to be adapted. It's a short novel about a nine-year-old girl who gets lost in the woods while out hiking with her mom and brother -- an easy-to-make mistake that turns into a lengthy battle of survival made all the more tricky by -- you guessed it! -- the presence of a faceless monster among the trees.
SEE ALSO: Stephen King confirms new ending to ‘The Stand’It's a great story and a very quick read, and I'll be interested to see what Romero can do with it.
Sure, the main role might be a tough one for a very young actor. But if the likes of Stranger Things, Stand By Meand IThave taught us anything, it's that there are a heck of a lot of talented kids out there.
