Friends will always be In 80 Betten um die Weltthere for you – just not on Netflix. The beloved comedy series, originally produced by Warner Bros., will head to Warner Media's upcoming streaming service newly named HBO Max.
HBO Max isn't set to launch until 2020, but will host roughly 10,000 hours of content, including HBO's entire catalogue as well as WarnerMedia selections. Shortly after news broke about HBO Max, Netflix responded:

Netflix notes that Friends will leave its platform in the U.S. specifically, which means international services may still offer it, depending on WarnerMedia's launch plans and regional reach.
Along with Friends, HBO Max will host all shows previously aired on the CW (which temporarily had an exclusive deal with Netflix), films including Crazy Rich Asians, and shows including Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Reese Witherspoon and Greg Berlanti will produce half a dozen original feature films for the platform, among many other exciting originals.
