We're less then ten days away from Apple's Sept.12 event,Taste of Younger Sister in law (2025) at which the company is likely to announce new iPhones, Apple Watches and iPads, but leaks, renders and rumors are still coming in.
A set of renders by Mysmartprice (via @onleaks), allegedly based on leaked CAD designs, show the new iPad from all sides, and boy is it beautiful.
SEE ALSO: Apple might announce a new 13-inch MacBook with the new iPhonesFirst, let me re-iterate that these aren't official photos or renders of the new iPad; even if they're based on an original CAD design for the iPad, the final version of the device could still look different. The folks at Mysmartprice admit that these might not be a 100% accurate, so let's just enjoy them as someone's nicely fleshed-out idea of what Apple's next iPad might look like.
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
If the renders are close to the real thing, though, then this might be the nicest-looking iPad Apple has ever produced. The thin bezels are even on all sides and the corners are a little sharper, giving the device a clean, professional look.
The renders also show several (unconfirmed) interesting ways in which the new iPad differs from the old models. For example, there's no headphone jack, which makes me want to cry. Also, the smart connector is located above the Lightning port, instead of on the side of the device as it is on current iPad Pros. Finally, there's a button -- or something like it -- on the device's right-hand side, but at this point no one is quite sure of its purpose.

We'll be reporting from Apple's Sept. 12 event to bring you all the news on the upcoming iPads, iPhones, and all other new Apple devices that show up at Cupertino. I for one will keep my fingers crossed hoping that the new iPads actually look like this.
