Unfortunately, Bush wasn't able to figure out how ponchos work in time to stay dry.

Poncho mixup aside, Bush seemed to be in a giddy mood as Trump was sworn into office. The former POTUS and current painter of dogs was photographed smiling ear-to-ear, throwing thumbs up and peeking around at old friends excitedly.
