In an interview with Good Morning America on Monday McKenna reflected on his 15 pretty awkward seconds of fame.
"He just came up and I jumped right in there with him," McKenna said. "He stopped right in our row so it was perfect."
As for whyhe had such a rough time focusing on anything other than his phone, McKenna said he had a video going but his phone shut off when Justin arrived. A teen's worst nightmare.
"That's why I was on my phone," he said. "And I love him, he's my favorite singer so I had to get a selfie with him."

Since the live selfie halftime moment, McKenna said the media rushed him for interviews and he became an online sensation. "My phone just exploded and then last night I got 8,000 followers."
"It's insane that I got to meet him and take a picture with him cause he's awesome," the teen said about Timberlake.
Hopefully the special moment makes up for McKenna's beloved Patriots losing the game.
