Is it Groundhog Day?hegre art sex videos Verizon is once again reconsidering an acquisition of Yahoo, Bloombergreported Thursday.
The news, cited from one anonymous source familiar with the situation, comes a day after Yahoo reported a massive hack affecting more than one billion of the site's users. Verizon agreed back in July to acquire Yahoo's core business for $4.83 billion, but the deal has yet to close.

A team led by Verizon General Counsel Craig Silliman is looking into the legal ramifications of the deal if Verizon does indeed acquire the company's assets.
Similar reports surfaced after Yahoo revealed in September a breach of at least 500 million Yahoo accounts.
"I think we have a reasonable basis to believe right now that the impact is material and we're looking to Yahoo to demonstrate to us the full impact. If they believe that it's not then they'll need to show us that," Silliman said back in October.
The two hacks are likely separate, according to Yahoo.
"As we’ve said all along, we will evaluate the situation as Yahoo continues its investigation. We will review the impact of this new development before reaching any final conclusions," Verizon said in a statement Wednesday.
Verizon declined to comment any further on the matter.
"We are confident in Yahoo’s value and we continue to work towards integration with Verizon," a Yahoo spokesperson told Mashable.
