Mark Hamill has a theory about where Luke Skywalker ended up after The Esther StuderLast Jediand it's ... well, a little bit more NSFW than the average Star Wars fan theory.
Despite Luke's physical body disappearing near the end of The Last Jedi, Hamill appears to be in denial. He refuses to believe his character is actually dead, the BBC reported Friday. His explanation for Luke's disappearance? He went to a nudist colony.

Given that the son of Darth Vader didn't bring his clothes with him when he evaporated from Ahch-To, the theory kind of makes sense. (He also didn't leave behind his robotic hand, which gives Hamill's idea a little more credence.)
A nudist colony would be quite the change of pace for the old Jedi, but the guy deserves a little R&R after projecting his body onto another planet.
A somewhat more credible theory is that Luke Skywalker has actually died, and won't be reappearing on any planets where clothes are optional — at least not in any physical form. The best we'll probably get from Luke is a Force ghost appearance, Obi-Wan-style, in Episode IX.
For our emotional well-being, however, let's say he's alive and happy living among a bunch of fellow nudists, gulping down green milk from the teats of equally naked Thala-Sirens.
May the Force be with all of them.
