Thomas Daley and Daniel Goodfellow won bronze in the men's 10m platform event in Rio, but many UK papers led with an image of Daley alone.
The Times identified Goodfellow as Daley's "synchronised partner" whileThe Daily Mail cropped him out of the story and titled "Tom's leap to Olympic joy."
The Daily Telegraphand the Daily Expressalso inexplicably snubbed Goodfellow in their front covers.

Goodfellow's mother took to Twitter to express her disappointment.
She responded to Nick Sutton, editor of the BBC News website, that she was “very surprised” by the Telegraph’s front page:
